  cleaning process!
• Step 3 – Spot Removal & Pre-conditioning: Getting your carpet
  steam cleaned will take care of removing most general spots or
  stains you will incur on your carpet from daily use. Spotting agents
  will dissolve most common spots including grease, pet spots, paint
  and other common household beverage spills. Pre-conditioning will
  further dislodge embedded dirt and soil in your carpets.
• Step 4 – Steam Cleaning & Extraction: Hot steam cleaning and
  deep down extraction will lift out dirt, residue and stains in your

  they were when first installed! Careful extraction decreases the
